Our Romano Golf Villas project is based on an eco-efficient design, we seek the highest efficiency for low energy consumption that favors the rational use of energy, while taking care of the environment, quality and climatic comfort within the home.

Most of the rooms are south facing and also have the passive protection of pergolas and terrace flights, thus avoiding a direct exposure to the sun and overheating of the façade.

To achieve this goal we have chosen, for its unbeatable advantages, air conditioning using aerothermia, a renewable energy based on clean technology that gets up to 77% of the energy contained in the air and transfers it to the home in the form of heat / cold or hot water thanks to its thermodynamic cycle. As there is no combustion of a boiler, it does not emit smoke or waste, as well as being safer. It is therefore the cheapest and lowest energy consumption  air conditioning system available.

To increase the efficiency of the aerothermal system in generating heat / cold, each room has an independent airzone regulation system. System by which each room will only consume the energy that it needs at that moment thanks to its individualized control and therefore the energy losses of a common system for the whole house will not be caused.

To take maximum advantage of the home’s air conditioning system both thermal insulation and polyurethane foam will be projected on both façades and roofs. In addition internally a plaster laminated plaster with thermal-acoustic insulation will be placed in which an air chamber will be included.

Since all rooms have large floor to ceiling windows from which to enjoy the views, it is very important to use materials that contribute to good insulation. On the one hand double glazing separated by an air chamber with argon gas, and these glasses will also be treated with a layer of silver that favors its low emissivity and thus avoid the loss of heating energy, keeping the heat in winter and preventing Summer outside heat input. And on the other hand, the metal profiles that make up these windows will be provided with a thermal bridge break.

To continue in this line of sustainability and efficiency, we will install appliances with energy rating A or higher, and both washing machine and dishwasher will have a bithermal intake, that is, they have a cold water inlet and another one of hot water that will be provided directly from the aerotermia system, thus increasing efficiency because the appliances do not heat the water with electricity consumption.

The entire house will have LED lighting technology, which also means a great economic saving.

The shower in the master bedroom will be equipped with an electronic thermostatic control that will allow greater control of the temperature and the amount of water during the bath, assuming a significant saving in water consumption.

Since we have environment awareness, the paint we use throughout the house will be ecological, free of toxic substances, its components are of plant origin and biodegradable, ideal for people with allergies or health problems.

We also give you the possibility to make the most of the large plot of your villa by installing an organic garden with which you can supply your kitchen all year round with 100% natural products.

Obras y Servicios Vialti, the builder of this project also has the ISO 14001 environmental management system audited by Bureau Veritas, with which we guarantee that the construction of the villas will be carried out according to the standards set by this standard on environmental matters promoting the protection of the natural environment and the prevention of pollution.
